The modular set-up makes for easy adjustment to the painting job. The entire workpiece handling is taken up here by the robot.

The robot system only moves the weight load of the workpiece with holder. The atomizer, a high rotation (HR) atomizer in fact, is not subject to any acceleration-induced load.

The technological new development allows the robot and spray booth to be adapted to the workpiece size. This enables the space required as well as acquisition and operating costs to be tailored and optimized to the application instance.

The entire painting process: A centralised control system ensures that workpieces are supplied, painted and removed and the substrate holder cleaned in a practicable way. Painting programmes can be easily programmed in the intuitive user interface.
